I am not sure all massage will work properly. So better to make a contact with your local doctor who can suggest you best treatment which will work properly. Besides that, you can try home-based natural therapy like "Salt therapy" using device like "salt air" available in stores like "salinetherapy"

Aromatic massage has been very helpful in treating some people's asthma. You have to be careful that you don't use any essential oils that are too strong and could cause wheezing, but the overall effects of the massage are to calm and soothe the body and in doing so, the level of asthma is often reduced.

I got choked a few weeks ago and have had a hard time breathing since. I have had a Xray done and they didn't find anything. They are treating me for asthma but I still feel like what I got choked on is...

I would suggest that there is a piece of cartilage just under the voice box that is causing your problem. X-rays mainly only pick up solid objects such as bones and as cartilage is soft tissue I would suggest an MRI or an ultra sound to pick it up
Change doctors and get a second opinion and do not mention asthma to the next doctor as they are just as like to jump on it as an answer
There is also a very small bone that breaks when a person is choked so don't let up on it as it is serious.

How does massage oil help aching muscles?

A good massage using oils can really help stretch out muscles and work on connective tissues. Arnica massage oil is particularly effective after a workout.
