Yor tv have problem with T con board. T con board is one which drives the pixels of the LCD panel. If any of the driver satge in the T con board is faulty then this problem can occur.

Some times bad contacts on the connections of the t con board can cause same problem. Remove the tv and find out the t con bard. Remove the connections to it and the reconnect the connections. Then check, if the problem remains the same then the tv need a new T con board.

You have didn't mentaioned any model number of your tv. So it is not possible to show you exactly how T con board looks.

Normally in all lcd tvs the tcon board is place on the bottom or top middile position. Which will be cover with metal cover or aluminium foil.

Hello, Sounds like an LVDS Cable or T-con Board.
Usually this will slowly get worse until it is repaired. It is caused by a failing T-con (Control) Board or connecting cable. T-Con Will Need replacement. This picture show's more extreme T-con board failures

Your tv have problem with the T con board. The t con board drives the Pixels in the lcd screen . If there is some problem with the t con board then this can exibits such problem as you mentioned. Normally you can find the t con board in the bottom center of the lcd coverd with a metal cover. Its part number is SONY T-CON: E40951307. If its avilable then try to replace the same which will solve the problem. Its a regular complaint with the Lcd tv's. I have added the picture of tcon board.

Som times if there is any loose conatct in the pannel connection which comes to the t con board then also the same problem can occur. Before going to replace the board do one thing remove all the connections to the t con board and reconnect it. Some times it will solve the problem. No,the tv LCD screen panel it is good,if it fixed itself after awhile.The board that call the T-CON board it is dying and dead soon that the problems.This T-CON board sit in the middle of the bottom of the tv LCD screen panel.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole new refurbih T-CON board for the replacement.

The part # you gave is the Control Board which sells for $668.79. The T-Con board your looking for is part of the LCD Display Panel and is not sold separately. I suggest you start by cleaning the ribbon cables from the control board to the t-con board. If that doesn't help then you had better take it in to a service center to verify which part is bad because there are no refunds, only replacement after you buy a board.
