You never bypass fuses, it’s your safety. You take a chance on potentially starting a fire. That is what people did decades ago with the old screw-in fuses in there home electrical panel. They were advised to put a penny in the fuse holder and screw the bad fuse in to hold the penny in place. It worked, yes, but rather than the fuse blowing out, (when overloaded, or shorted) the wiring continued to heat up. If they were lucky, the wiring opened up somewhere else, and they had an expensive repair on their hands. The unfortunate ones had a house fire to deal with. (The wiring continued to heat up until it ignited surrounding materials.) Point being, a replacement fan, or any other faulty electrical device will be far cheaper than a house fire.

It's the fuse in the electric engine. You can bypass this fuse by cutting it off and then you just connect the two ends together, wrap with electrical tape. It'll work, that's what I did to mine. Works great again

Sylvania lcd tv

If a fuse should blow up, there should be a reason for it. If you replace the fuse without rectifying the problem and switch it ON, the newly replaced fuse too will blow up. Before replacing an other fuse, find out the reason and rectify it. There should be some shorted component/s at its main power supply board. Check and replace them. If you wish to get more details, check this link. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ It has schematic diagram of power supply section to many televisions. Pull up older posts by its left side bar. Problems to Sylvania too will be there.

Tv blowing fuses

More likely to be either shorted out bridge rectifier or MOSFET in the primary circuits of the power supply. You need to Ohm out those parts.

A slow blow fuse is also known as an anti-surge fuse the idea being any sudden "spikes" in you mains electric when you switch on would blow a quick blow fuse. Anti surge fuses are designed to tolerate any sudden initial electric pulse.

Once i turn it on once the fuse blows

Unless you're a technician, you'll need to take it in for repair. There's nothing a layman can do if a new fuse blows also.

If the main fuse keeps blowing, check the horizontal output transistor for a shorted condition and diodes in that section as well.

Checking the 6.3a slo-blow fuse

if you open your tv , you have to put back the board, there are 2  clips
one on left other in the right that keep the board to the case of tv( you have to disconnect  the cable AC before open the tv)
you can see the fuse easely ( if  i remember good there is only one
fuse about near the switch on /off
