You never bypass fuses, it’s your safety. You take a chance on potentially starting a fire. That is what people did decades ago with the old screw-in fuses in there home electrical panel.They were advised to put a penny in the fuse holder and screw the bad fuse in to hold the penny in place. It worked, yes, but rather than the fuse blowing out, (when overloaded, or shorted) the wiring continued to heat up. If they were lucky, the wiring opened up somewhere else, and they had an expensive repair on their hands. The unfortunate ones had a house fire to deal with. (The wiring continued to heat up until it ignited surrounding materials.) Point being, a replacement fan, or any other faulty electrical device will be far cheaper than a house fire.
It's the fuse in the electric engine. You can bypass this fuse by cutting it off and then you just connect the two ends together, wrap with electrical tape. It'll work, that's what I did to mine. Works great again
