The RESET button is for resetting the wireless section of the router and does not effect the Internet connection. It looks like the wireless access is faulty especially when you cannot reset and configure the wireless settings. Try powering off the Netgear for 10 mins the connect the power again. If you still cannot RESET the Netgear then it is faulty and you need a new wireless router.
It depends. Have you checked the Netgear support site for FAQ and the manual. In some routers, orange lights indicate wired 100Mbps connections while green indicates 1000Mbps. In other cases, blinking lights indicated that the router is 'bricked'.
There are 6 led lights on the printer panel and 2 buttons (Cancel -red button and Continue-green button). The lights can be OFF, ON, Blinking and Slow blinking. I'd be glad to provide you information about this, but I would like to verify if you are referring to a blinking light, slow blinking or solid light (ON).
Also you may download the user guide available from Lexmark's website. On the user guide you may go to page 21 Understanding the printer control panel light sequences.

Turn off your internet modem or router for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes turn on you internet modem or router and turn on your computer and when you are already on your desktop click start and click run then type cmd and press enter. On the command prompt type ipconfig/all and press enter and the ipaddress and gateway will appear on your screen but in case there is or no ipaddress and gateway type ipconfig/release then type ipconfig/renew this process will erase the IP settings and renew the IP and gateway. Also check your modem or router if the lights of the modem are blinking, usually three or four lights that are blinking. If the two lights blinking only call your Internet service provider and ask for assistance that you are having difficulties with internet connection. Have a nice day.
either the modem is going out or its a problem with your internet provider. before calling to complain to the internet provider. run down to your local walmart or electronics store and pickup a modern if you have the same issue its your internet provider.
i delt with a modem that was causing a similar issue. the problem ended up being the modem was running hot. i modified the case and added an external fan and the problem went away.
most likely its the turn signal relay. which is under the hood. in the fuse box. also make sure ur running lights are working if they are connected to the turn signal.
