Laptop BIOS passwords are kept in a special password chip. On some laptops these chips are replaceable and there are a number of places you can buy this. PWcrack.com for one.

That usually means there is a system password that needs to be entered. If you do not know it, you must remove the CMOS battery from the laptop and reset it.

You need to re-set your BIOS, (Basic Input / Output System). In essence you need to remove the CMOS battery and replace it; however, do not do this unless you are technically competent. When you replace the battery the BIOS will be re-installed to it's factory setting, which hopefully wont include a BIOS password.
