Error 0271:check date and time settings
Error 0188:invalid RFID Serialization information Area or Bad CRC2.
Is their any way or any key dat i can use to boot to the BIOS enviroment to set the setting?
have try using the F1 botton still showing the error message and have also clear the cmos setting.

You need to replace your BIOS battery. The battery is old and cannot maintain the BIOS configuration. That is why you are getting incorrect date and time and bad CRC error.
Replace the battery and then configure the BIOS settings.
