Hello there!

Unfortunately, if you have forgotten your username or password and even your security question/answer, you can no longer recover your email services. You just have to create a new one.

However, try to click the "forgot password" and then the reset password link might be sent to your secondary email address, if you register one.

you wil need to install a operating system lik vista, windows 7 ,xp.

usually peopel don't set the administrator password.

when you boot your system tap f8 before you get to the windows logo boot screen but after your compaq logo. then select safe mode and try the user administrator. if this lets you in go to the control panel, user account and select the option to change another account or select your accoutn from the list and select remove password.

if this does nto work, you need to look for a program called "offline nt password & registry editor" this can remove and blank the password. this is a dangerous route becaus eyou can damage the SAM and render the system unable to be logged into.

Maybe a bios update is needed.

this is how you remove the password go to start ,control panel on the right hand side double click that and go to user account click on the icon computer administrator and that will open to a new window and you will see remove password you got to type in your current password and then go remove
