ok I didn't have a receiver with min my sea room I find 8 of tem now sticky part im using a hp receiver on mine. most hp receiver on 27mhz ban stay away from those. the one you want is a infrared hp model number : OVU400103/00 NOW I RUN MINE ON WINDOWS 10 BUILD 9926 AND IT RUNS LIKE A CHARM. stay right away from this 27mhz suckers thay will do nothing for it . infect thay wont even work. but hope you find 1 on eBay or somebody will have a broken keyboard but receiver works good luck on your hunt

Make sure the wireless is working fine and has good batteries in them. Try reinstalling it and see if all lights go on the keyboard. If not there might be an interferance in the system and the keys are not computing well. Try number lock and caps lock
