This is the correct address to log on to your router. 192.168.0.30 so i dont know why you are having problems.
Try to reset your router (press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds) and then follow the guide i found here, give the page a minute to load, it is fully illustrated with pictures, so is a little slow to load up

D-Link manual on page 13 it lists the url entry should be
"http://192.168.0.30" This is a HTTP link not a HTTPS.
Also the address you typed in might be a typo. The IP address should be 192.168.0.30 not 192.168.0.30.

I have this unit. Make sure that the network you are repeating is set to stay on a certain channel. The router I was repeating was set to dynamic channels so that it changed based on what channel had less interference. The dlink repeater does not like that and needs the channel to stay the same.

You need to give IP add manually to any of ur PC as 192.168.0.31 and than open DWLG setup page on the browser by typing 192.168.0.30. It will bring the setuup page of Extender.. on this page change the IP add from 192.168.0.30 to 192.168.2.50.. it will restart ur extender and make it working in same network... roll back the changes u made to ur PC to connect..

Both router and range extender must be setup with the same SSID, encryption key and same FIXED channel assignment.

Firstly I would check you have the latest firmware installed. Please note if your hardware is not listed it does not mean it CAN'T be repeated, it just hasn't been tested.

IThe Dlink DWL -G710 t's a peice of ****. Throw the friggen thing out and get a real access point.

1. move the router,
   the router can be anywhere, as long as it is connected to the modem
2. reorient the antenna,
   its surprising just how much difference changing the antenna direction has.
3. ensure the router is broadcasting at 100% power in the router settings page
