Gas burner not igniting on Hotpoint RGB745, can smell gas

The left rear burner does not ignite when turned on. I can smell the gas, but the burner doesn't light. I've only had this range for 4 years.

Make sure igniter is getting power before you replace it. Also check the switch that feeds the igniter.

All pilots ignite when 1 gas knob is used on one burner

All igniters will spark when you turn on any burner but only the one you have turned on will allow gas through to ignite.

My hotpoint. Has burner activity. The electronic oven will not light, makes no sound when the temp knob is depressed, nor with a match under the burner will it light. Makes no sound through trying each...

Ok
Is your igniter glowing when oven turned on.Look for bright orange glow near burner. If yes ,and no ignition, then igniter is weak and needs replacing. No glow at all, then a voltage test at the igniter needs to be done to see if it might be thermostat problem. Very common for igniters to go.Most likely cause.

I have a Hotpoint RGB745 when i turn the stove on it never gets out of pre heat mode. oven is warm but not hot. top burners work fine

The stove knobs won't turn on the oven. If you've already checked the igniter, take apart the top and look for loose wires. My husband found a loose one going to the control board, tightened it and now things seem to be working.

Top right burner on hotpoint gas range doesn't light

there is a spark ignition in the middle between the front and back burners....one for the left side and one on the right side. When it was cleaned i bet that the spark ignitor was slightly bent towards the front burner...now the gap is too big to fire the rear burner...the ignitor is very similar as the spark made in those push down lighters. so its safe to play around and adjust them as needed to make them work...Go ahead and take it apart and tinker with adjusting it...until you get both front and rear burners running again the way it was before.( peek at the otherside as a reference and try to make it match)
I hope this helps you out a little bit 8-)

The three burners on the top of the range will not light.

You either have an issue with gas flow from the control valves or with the piezoelectric gas igniters. Turn the knob to low and try lighting the burners by hand. If they work, then your problem is not gas flow but the ignition. Turn the knobs to light and see if each burner clicks and you see sparks at the igniters. If you are not seeing a spark, try cleaning up the igniter tips. If that doesn't do it, it is probably time to call the service technician (or the Hotpoint Customer Service hotline).

Not sure, but sounds like you may have a gas pressure problem or the stove is set-up for the wrong type of gas.
