if there are tubes coming out of the compressor on the side that it was laid over on, then give it 24 hours just to be safe, if no tubes plug it in and let it run
Go to this page it will take you to a "dropdown" menu. Go to your model number and there will be 2 different PCBs in each category. One is for the door the other is the main. make sure you get the right one....match up the numbers you mentioned 155TD in yours which is the "pren" version of the 2 choices. Hope this helps you! http://mcappliance.com/partorder.aspx

Given the heat/cold cycles of the storage area along with humidity, I would first suspect poor solder connections. This is not unusual for units of this age. A general overhaul should restore this to operation. This should be a labor only repair unless the output STK is bad. These units are known for having poor connections at the voltage regulators which cause a DC voltage offset triggering the protection circuit. The overhaul should address this as well.
Have you tried unplugging the TV for a few minutes? if it's some kind
of computer error, unplugging it will allow the error to clear and
possibly allow the TV to work again. Just an idea.
On the Magic Chef site you can order parts for the cooler. I took mine out and treid to find them on the web somewhere else and could not locate them anywhere except China and England. I know this isn't true but tried every search option I could think of. They are about $22 plus shipping (HIGH). You might try the following:

I don't believe it is stuck in the sleep standby mode, rather it has shutdown with an error. Is there a pattern to the flashing? Does it flash a set number of times?
