My Sony KP-51WS500 is stuck in Stand by mode

Try connecting the TV to a different wall outlet. Try resetting the TV.Turn Off the TV and remove the power plug from the wall outlet for 1 minute and reconnect it and check the operation. If the issue still persists, then the TV requires service.

Can you unplug the TV for about 15 seconds, and then plug back in and watch the stand-by light. Tell me how many time the stand-by light blinks in regular intervals. If it doesn't blink at all, you need to change a fuse on the g-board. Once this is done run back through the stand-by blink light process, and more troubleshooting can be done if problem isn't already solved. If the stand-by light just keeps blinking with a count over ten just tell me, and I'll look for other possibilities.

9 times blink shows Audio Error in your TV.

its in your power supply and colorwheel it would cost about 600 maybe more to fix

youre losing your signal and it sends the tv into stanby mode and cauuuses the power supply to shut down
