it may be a memory card problem.. sometimes if it is corrupt phone behaves like this.. remove card and then try switching on.. if this also does not work out then give your phone a new software update.. so that a new software is installed in your phone.. http://www.motorola.com/customersupport.jsp

TRY TAKING THE BATTERY AND PUTTING IT BACK IN THAT WILL REBOT THE PHONE. IF YOU DO A LOT OF TRANSFERING SONGS TAKE THE BATTERY OUT ABOUT ONCE A MONTH. ITS LIKE A COMPUTER YOU GOT TO REBOT IT EVERY NOW AND THEN
HAVE YOU TRIED TO REFORMAT THE CARD. IF YOU TRY TO REFORMAT IT MAKE SURE EVERYTHING ON YOUR CARD IS BACKED UP ON YOUR COMPUTER OTHER WISE YOU WILL LOSE THE INFO ON THE CARD. IF THAT DONT WORK TRY TAKING THE BATTERY OUT FOR ABOUT 10 SECONDS THEN PUT IT BACK IN AND POWER IT ON THAT WILL REBOOT YOUR PHONE.
