I need to remove sim card from a motorola razor phone to retrieve info needed to reactivate

I know that they charge for this (it's only like ten bucks) but the verizon store has a machine that will move all info from one phone to another or to USB/SIM card regardless of the carrier. Go there and you'll be ok : )

if you have backup in phone memory then you have to go to backup on your phone and get your all number

just change the sim card,

Take the battery out & you will see your sim card sticking out a little, just slide it up & out

all the info i can give you. you cant manually reset it

Do you mean where is a SIM card?
If you have a Motorola V3 razr you will remove the battery door, There you will find the battery and just beneath it off centered to the right, you will find the SIM card. The battery needs to be removed in order to safely remove or insert the SIM card.

All of your texts and numbers should all be on the SIM card itself and not the phone.

So you can give the phone itself to a friend but keep the sim.
