All the copies are coming out solid black

I have a Royal Copystar Ri 3530 and all of the sudden all the copies are coming out all black, solid black...Tried everything possible, took out the toner, emptied the waste toner compartment, etc..

How do I fix this problem?

    Its still the same, the exposure lamp is fine...Please help!

On my copier the exposure would light when I made copies but come to find out it wasn't bright enough. Look at the lamp and see if it doesn't have black burnt spots. If so then it is the lamp.

I have a Royal 3530, Sometimes my copies come out entirely black. Please help
sounds like you might have an exposure lamp problem since it doesnt do it all the time you might want to clean the contacts befor buying the lamp this is for solid black copies
