C7 76 errors on RMNG-74PVN - Water Heaters

    Correct model number is RMTG-74PVN-2. I contacted Rheem which is the parent company for my Richmond water heater. They sent out a new circuit board. I replaced it yesterday and it is working fine!

Replaced mother board due to error code c2 11 as per rheem tech department. now code 11 flashes after 3 to 4 minutes of use and unit shuts off. WHAT NOW????
Rheem, Richmond, Ruud, and Paloma are all the same manufacturer. After about 9 months, my tankless RTG-74PVN started giving me error code 11 and cold water!. I fixed it by cleaning the burner, as shown in this video:

PALOMA PTG-74PVN-1 Code C8 12 my water heater
C8 is the last stop in the point of burner ignition and a total of eight error codes. Error code 12 is a supplemental code that means your LP gas supply is too low...have your LP tank service and try again.

hi pete here ill try and help this could be 2 things check the sensor on the unit the outher one is a qustion has the gas company changed your meter latley and turned off you gas and not come back to light your poilet because this code also means not enough gas or wrong type of gas

I am getting error code -0 and 82 PTG-74PVN
Remove power, disconnect remote terminal. Restore power, open a hot water valve and see if you get any hot water.
