Power cord is bad, or Power On switch is bad, or Power Supply is bad.
Or the receptacle you have it plugged into is bad.
I have had a few surge protectors, where just ONE of the receptacles was bad.
(Hmmm, surge protector Power On LED is lit; monitor has power, printer has power, and amp for speakers has power. But no power to computer)
Last thing; is the printer closed? When opening to replace ink cartridges; is it closed now? Open it, and close it.
