The info does not tell what is wrong---set has more than one fuse and if dead the set may still have lights on the front that light or blink (red one) in a specific sequence--5 blinks, pause and 5 blink etc.
A bit more info is needed to assist you.

You will need to enter the service menu to do this. However if you were to push the wrong button on the remote you could really mess up the tv. So I suggest you call Sony and see if you can get an ASC to do it for you for a minor charge. There are literally hundreds of electrical adjustments in this service menu. I would adcise an asc do this for you.

What you probably have is a very well known problem with the optical block. As it covers the screen, it will turn everything else greenish/yellow.
The optical block is very commonly replaced and an expensive repair, but the extended warranty (in place for all these TV's regardless of purchase date) on these sets is expired or about to expire. I would urge you to call Sony (1.800.222.SONY) immediately to try to get assistance, and to see if the warranty is up on it.

4 times blink shows problem of fans not running or connector of fan is not attached properly.
Please recheck the things what you removed during fan replacement and make sure all that is mounted and connected securely.
