G-Pen F610 - Cursor is jumping to the left

Hello eveybody,
I just bought a F610. It was working during 10 minutes, but after that the cursor is always jumping on the left side of the screen (approximately close to the F18, F19 Macrokey). So I can't use the tablet anymore... Do you have any idea if this is fixable?
(I'm on a XP)
Txs for your help!

You should try to replace the tip of the pen, that's how I solved it.

Open the configuration panel (Classic view). Click on the mouse icon. Open the Cursor Options tab. Put a mark in the CheckboxHide Cursor during typing. You can also chek the box Show mouse cursor when I press thye CTRL key. You can also reduce the speed of the movement of the cursor. All these options are on the same TAB.

Tablet not recognizing pen unless pressing down with it.

Hi, i browsed the Net in three languages to find the solution for this problem but nothing helped, then, accidentally, i bumped into the solution that helped me. I tried everything the same way you did but nothing helped. Since I use the russian version of Windows I do not know how these options might be named in english, but I think you'll understand. In Control Panel there is, as you know, the setup for pen and tablet input (with a picture of a pen) - in it there is a setup for Gestures (the middle one) - in it i disabled the gestures a long time ago. But today i tried turning it ON and went for training of these gestures (the option in blue letters at the very bottom) - and during the training my pen started hovering normally again after half a month of this problem. So I left the gestures enabled after completing the training and it still works fine. Hope it helps you,

My TI 84 Plus Caluclator

Hello,

2. Press [2nd][CALC][5:Intersect]

The cursor is on one of the curves. Read the equation top of the screen. If it is one of the curves you want press [ENTER]. The cursor jumps to another curve (in this case the only other curve).

Read the equation on top of the screen to verify thst it is the correct one. Press [ENTER]. The calculator asks asks for a guess of the coordinates of the intersection point.

As the intersection point is to the left of the current cursor position, use the left arrow to move cursor closer to the point.

Press [ENTER], and wait for the solution. Here it is.

In your question you talk about y intercept. If you want to calculate the ordinate of the point where a curve intersects the Y-axis, it is more efficient to use the [2nd][CAL][1:Value] selection.
0a11a73.jpg
You enter X=0 and press [ENTER]. The cursor jumps on the first curve (Y1=) an gives you the y-intercept.
7420d8f.jpg
Notice the position of cursor on graph. The y-value at the bottom is its ordinate.
To get the y-intercept of the second curve, leave the cursor on y axis and press the DownArrow. Cursor jumps to tthe second curve.
Since the X=0 is still stored, the value of y is displayed directly.

Hope it helps.

My pen cursor jumps all over the place

You may have an issue with the Graphire pen. Try plugging the tablet into another computer and see if the pen does the same thing there. If it behaves the same way on another computer then you need a new pen from Wacom.
