A local locksmith may well have parts or access to get them. You could also try Schlage direct. They are an expensive unit, so they should be repairable.

You would have to have to get replacement keys from the dealership then or there are key cutting for vehicles so you can get another key then and locksmiths too.

If you haven't already found this out, parts are not available.

Thank you for your e-mail. Unfortunately if he had these locks on his business there is nothing we can do as far as repair. And unfortunately there are no dealers who have the parts available for repair. These are strictly residential keypads. I am sorry about this.

Can you provide more details? I've had similar problems with Schlage Sense and August Smart Lock. So I might be able to help you.

The first thing we should try is reseting the lock and try setting it up as brand new one.

There's a wealth of info under that heading. You will be able to see a PDF file of the original print instructions, as well as a video of how to install the lock. This is useful because there should be a sticker to be found on the backside of the keypad, with the code number that you need to reprogram the lock. This installation video will be useful to allow you to disassemble it and view the sticker.

it sounds like the latch is binding on the strike plate. you can do one of two things, move the strike plate up or down to make clearance room, or take a flat file and file down the part of the strike where the latch is getting stuck. put some chalk (chalk line type) on the strike, close the door and then reopen, you should be able to see where the latch is sticking as the chalk will be gone from that part of the latch, this is where you would file.

you should be able to stop by your local locksmith shop and they should have some on hand --- and if they do not have it in stock, they will be able to order you one from their supplier, ( should take about 3 days for them to get it ).
