I have had to restart my Verizon home style phone several times, because of the same thing. I just turn it off for a few seconds and restart it. Then call out to my cell phone and it works fine until it does it again.

i had the same problem, but not the same phone. what i did was take out the battery for about 24 hours. when i put it back the next day it worked fine. hope it works out for you. :)
if the phone restart..try removing your memory card if theres any. then turn it on..if this solves your problem then your memory card has a virus try formatting it..
