My headset Mad Catz 88606 isnt charging

I just buyed a Mad Catz headset, and it havent finishing chargin, i connect it through all night, and the red light is still on, havent change durindg all day. Also, I dont know why, If I disconnect it, and press the power button, It doesnt show anything, no flash blue or red, anything. PLEASE HELP!

Hello,
It can be deduced from your problem that the bluetooth headset you purchased is mal-functioning as a result of the fact that it has a factory default,since you havn't even used it for once before the problem occured.
The only solution is to take it back to the point of purchase to get a replacement,because if you try to fix it now you'll void the warranty that came with it.

The headset's wireless transmitter is malfunctioning. I had the same issue with a Mad Catz headset, and after emailing the company several times I found out their is no way to fix it without purchasing a new one.

The mad catz blue tooth mic #8860 wont charge how can i fix it?

Try to charge it on a USB on the PC, If the red light doesn't stay on, meaning it's charging, then you have a faulty headset and you'll have to contact your retailer to ask for a replacement.
Unfortunately this is a know issue with this headsets...

When i plug in my brand new headset i get the red indicator light for 5seconds then it dissapears and shows no sign of comeing back on. the manual says it must be charged for 4.5hours before first use but...

The light is turning off because its done charging. Try to use it till its dead and charge it again.

Buzzing and Echo

How long have you owned this mic? I am a recording engineer, so I have seen any kind of damage to mics you can think of. Headset mics are a little more susceptible to high-volume damage (especially game console mics, usually due to intensity of the game!) I have never dealt with Mad Catz customer support directly, but sadly, in most cases the unit needs to be replaced.
