Where could I get a replacement part cheaper than ordering from Zanussi? They can only replace the whole door which is very expensive while I would only need the outer glass panel? Thanks, woke up this morning to find my zanussi oven door has shattered into a million little pieces. used it the night before and was perfect, how can this just happen? could there be a fault in the glass, because surely this should not just happen..especially just out of the blue by itself. my kitchen is really freezing, could that be a factor to consider?
I doubt you will get it cheaper any where, Zanussi is a bit of a closed shop.

As for the reason it shattered, there are numerous reasons for this to happen, too many to go into, but it is a very common problem with cookers..
They do just go without any warning.
A cold kitchen could indeed be a factor, a badly fitting door is another factor, i could go on and on and on!!!!!
There is no one thing it can be put down to.
Plz let let me have the details I ask, and I will see what I can come up with.
