The same thing happened to me. I took it back to Kohls. It was 1 year old and I only used it like 4 times. The motor would run but the blade wouldn't turn. Maybe because Kohls is busy this time of year, the Customer Service guy didn't even ask when we bought it. It was obviously last year's model because the color was white not the current black. Anyway, the FN Food Processor says they have a 2 year warranty so that could be route you could take also. I know this isn't REALLY fixing YOUR food processor, but it would fix your problem.

i was not looking to enroll in some internet scam...just looking for a hard to find part. Stop emailing me your sales stuff. I am not interested. I just thought that you could help me, not fill my inbox with junk and not provide me with a solution.

You need to email or contact foodnetwork and they should be able to help you get those parts,but it might be cheaper to buy a new one.

I just called the company at 1-800-738-0245 and they are sending me a replacement free of charge.
