I have a yellow camera symbol with awarning sign and can not take pictures why

Will need to have it daignosed by a professional and perform repair that is needed.
The "check engine" light is on because of a problem that the computer has sensed within the sensors of a faulty circuit.

The triangle is on because the problem is also effecting other modules within the vehicle.

Perform diagnostics to determine problem and repair problem..

does it have an exclamation point? If it does, it telling you (slow shutter speed).. use the flash or mount it on a tripod when taking pics

The flash in a camera is represented by a symbol like that of a 'lightening bolt' If you have a cross sign over that symbol, it means that the flash is turned off. Change the setting of the camera to make it only the 'lightening bolt'. Then it would flash when you take a picture.

Check the Device Manager in the computer and see if the camera is detected as well as the driver loaded - check the icon to see if it has a red or yellow symbol across it. If it does you'll need to install the driver for the camera. Go to the SiPix website, download, and install the driver.

If you have the briefflashing yellow light, then its followed by a red blinking light thenyou have the yellow light of death AKA the YLOD.

The lights are awarning sign to let you know something is wrong. I can give you thequick explanation, There are 2 chips on the motherboard inside thePS3, the GPU (graphics) and the CPU (brain), when playing the ps3 thesolder heats up and when you finish playing it cools down, over timethis will cause the soldering to crack and the chips to loseconnection with the motherboard and you get the YLOD.

The flash symbol with the line through it means the flash is turned off. Read your manual for the procedure for turning it on.

Please look for clock sign on buttons to turn on-off timer function.
Press clock symbol button to turn on timer function, press shutter button to start timer (10 seconds delay) to take picture.

The symbols you are seeing are the blur warning indicators.

The yellow hand warns you that the picture may not be quite sharp enough for a standard 6" x 4" print - however you may be happy with it.

The red hand warns you that the picture is most likely to be poor quality, and won't produce a good 6" x 4" printed photo.

The reason you're getting these indoors, is that there's not enough light for the camera to take a good picture. As it tries to do so, it opens the shutter for longer to let more light in - however on doing so, if the camera isn't absolutely still, then the warning symbols will come on.

To remedy the above I'd have the following suggestion - if possible and practical, when shooting indoors, try and rest the camera on something solid when taking a photo. If this is not possible - try leaning against a wall to stabilise yourself. Even though you think you are holding the camera still - it's moving quite a lot.

Try one hand held photo - and one photo with the camera resting on something solid like a table and see what the difference is.

This is the sign warning you that the shutter speed is slow so camera shake is a problem. It means use a tripod or support the camera because holding by hand will cause blurred pictures that you see. When you see this sign you can either try to get more light on the subject or support the camera. This sign will also come on the low light conditions. Look at the shutter speed & you will see that this symbol will appear when it falls to about 1/60th of a second. Using a tripod is the best idea especially for a panoramic shot as when it is on the tripod you can turn the camera through 180 degrees taking overlapping shots then "stitch" them together in Photoshop or whichever software you use to create a single large panorama. If you don't have a tripod then put the camera on a wall or lean against something to give you more support. Good Luck!
