Code for sony dvd vcr combination player for dish network remote

We would be happy to help you with getting your DISH Networkremote to control your Sanyo DVD/VCR combo unit. Pressand hold the VCR/DVD button located on the top of your remote until all mode buttonback lights come on, then release. Use the number buttons to enter thecodes for your Sanyo DVD/VCR combo unit; here some of the codes we currently have: 549, 583, and 608. Press the pound (#) button. To check that the codeworks try several different functions on the remote to make sure it willproperly operate the TV. Keep in mind that some codes may not be compatiblewith your equipment. If this is the case, try the other codes listed for thatdevice until you find one that is compatible with your equipment.
If you were not able to get your DISH remote to work with it with the codes provided, try a power scan. Press the Up button once a second while pointing the VCR/DVD combo unit. If the code for the equipment comes up, it will power off. Press the pound (#) button.

If the code entered is valid for the remote, themode light flashes three times. .To check that the code works try several different functions on the remote tomake sure it will properly operate your Emerson component. Keep in mind that somecodes may not be compatible with your equipment. If this is the case, pleasetry the other codes listed for that device until you find one that iscompatible with your equipment. Hello chegui59, my name is Michael Hurst with DISH Network. There are 2 ways of programming your remote to your DVD player. You can use a remote code for your DVD player. In order to give you the right remote code I would need to know the manufacture of your DVD player and the model of the remote that you have. You can also try a Power Scan to get the DVD player programmed into your DISH remote, here are the steps: Withthe desired equipment on, press and hold the correct mode button until all modebutton backlights illuminate, then release. Press and release the Power button. AUX Mode: Before pressingand releasing the Power button. Press 0 for a TV, Press 1 for a VCR/DVD andPress 2 for any other device. Then Press STAR (*). Press the Up button once asecond while pointing the remote at the desired equipment. If the code for theequipment comes up, the equipment will power off. Press the POUND (#) button. Ifthe code entered is valid for the remote, the mode light flashes three times.

From my searches I don't think you will find it. Try going to http://www.sony.ca/view/cic_contact.htm and asking them directly for it. I can't see them saying no.
