You need to call DishNetwork and program the remote. The remote does not know your TV code. Easy fix.

The codes depend on which device your are trying to program your remote to. you can get this list at www.dishnetwork.com/tech. when you get your 3 digit code. For instance you have a sony Tv, the code is 500, Press an hold the clear tv button at the top of the remote till all mode buttons light up, then release, then enter 500 then the # key and your remote will now work your Sony tv. If you still cant find the codes repost with brand of equipment you want top program.

The codes for a Sharp are 526, 585, 591, 605, 606, 607, 608, 628, 629. Thanks for using Fix Ya.
