For support, select your model number player from next list (left click your player):

For Emodio (also on the support site) use next link:
http://www.samsung.com/global/products/mp3/fmgr/Emodio_Setup.exe
Right click
Save target as... (save the execute file to location on the computer)
After the download has finished, run(= left double click) the execute file to install Emodio.

You did not give the whole model number so I can only refer you to the website with all YP-K3J's...
You will have to click on your model near the bottom of the page.

you need the install cd to install the program (Samsung Media Studio). With it, you can transfer music files into the yp-u3

The Samsung YP-K3J is not compatible with Macintosh computers. Sorry!

How do I put music on my samsung yp-k3?

just go into wat wever program u used to put the music on it, make sure its connected to the computer then go into ur mp3 players lis and right click then click delete

wmp11 doesn't work properly with this device (see elsewhere in the forums).

suggest you go back to wmp10 or just use windows explorer to drag and drop files onto the samsung.

I would recommend to try to use windows media player to transfer files to the device to see if you are getting any error...let me know what happen when you do that,...

attach to computer work through media player and delete what you want save your playlist resend to your mp3 - done.
