loop the belt around the drum.
slide the belt down the drum directly over the motor pulley
loop the belt around the motor pulley
pull the tensioner pulley hard to the end of its travel against its spring
wrap the belt around the tensioner pulley
release the tensioner so the spring pulls it against the belt
rotate the drum by hand to ensure the belt is aligned and does not pull offf the pulleys
reassemble case
dry clothes
its easier than it looks seeing a broken belt in the bottom of the case.

SOURCE: BELT WON'T TURN THE DRUM

there is a tensioner pulley as well as the drum and motor
It hooks into a slot, usually on the floor of the case, and has a spring that pulls it against the belt to tension the belt.
Broken belts have been known to knock the tensioner out of place, it should be sitting on the floor of the case as should its spring.
There is usually ony one slot for it to sit in, self evident if you know to look for it

SOURCE: zanussi tc7103w tumble dryer not generating heat

There is a thermostat inside the drum if you open the door and feel up the front you will feel a disc with 2 screws holding it in remove the screws to expose the stat pull the stat out there will be 2 wires attatched to it. If you have a ohm meter check for continuity across the 2 conections or If you connect those 2 wires together and try the machine it should heat if so you will need to replace that stat. If still no heat i would suspect the heater to have failed

SOURCE: zanussi tumble dryer does not get very hot

Hi, I take it from the description taht you have given your T/dryer is a condenser? If this is the case you could be looking at several problems? 1 it could be the large filter underneath the tumble dryer this could be blocked with fluff causing it not to condense quick enough! 2 it could be the water collection pump? Can you her it running? 3 It could be that half the heater has failed causing it not to get hot enough to dry?
Try these hopefully it should steer you in the right direction!

I keep asking but dont get answers help please

There is a video here on how to replace a belt on a dryer. I have done this before and most dryers are the same. You have to take them apart. It is not a real easy job. Hope this helps. Scroll down to the bottom of page to see video.

Fit felt drum seal to zanussi td4212 w tumble dryer

I take it that the belt is ok and the drum is turning. The heater comes with thermostats fitted as a complete part. There is an overload safety thermostat which is situated inside the drum and above the door,it is held in place with a self tapping screw then prise open the plastic cover and then the thermostat will pull out,if replacing remember to refit the small gasket.Have you checked the filters and exhaust hose for any blockages as this will affect the heating.

Hope this helps

Drive belt on Zanussi TD520

You will need to take the drum out of the rear bearing by undoing one of the sides and the back panel. Use selotape to hold the new belt in place and use a longish 'philips' screwdriver so that it does not cut the belt if it slips and ease the belt over the pulley with grooves that is near the fan. It is tricky!
