On the CD that came with your camera, you find software and drivers for al sorts of operating systems, that don't have drivers at hand. Like the new windows versions, the drivers should be in there already. If you lost the CD, but you registered your camera online, most firms can deliver drivers long after you bought the camera.
If you can't get the drivers, you alway can put the pictures on your PC, using a card reader. That is when you have a memory card that goes into a card reader. When you want to buy a card reader, take one of your memory cards to the shop and check before you buy, if the card goes into the reader.

2. Click on Windows or Mac under Drivers, Firmware and Software.

3. Download file.

4. Open driver installation package and install driver.

5. Restart computer if necessary.

Just buy an inexpensive card reader and use it to download your pics to your computer. It's easy.

I would take out the SD memory card and use it with a card reader like this one: http://bit.ly/5fruhB . You simply take out the SD memory card and put it in the card reader. Then put the usb end of the card reader into your computer and download the pictures that way.I also recommend that you download Picasa, a free photo organizer/editor for your pictures: http://bit.ly/5f6HEt This way you bypass the lousy Polaroid software altogether.
