I dropped my tv

It didn't hit hard but afterwards the bottom corner of the screen is in a different color than the rest of it. I just bought the tv a year ago so I do not want to replace it if I don't have to. Any quick and easy fixes for this?

If it dropped it could be a major problem or a simple fix?? The first thing you wanna do is unplug the set overnight . Plug back in cold in the am and turn on the set. Did the spot go away?? Did it get less visable?? No? Then the shadow mask inside the picture tube got bent when it dropped and the only way to fix this is to replace the picture tube. Sorry man Good Luck

Tv has different color corner

Not on a flat screen unless you have a very large magnet in that area---go to the video inputs and select one that is not used--look at screen and see if discoloration can be seen there.

If a LCD or Plasma with this issue the display panel itself may be bad.

Black bar 50pz800u

Where do you notice this bar? At the right side of the screen? Bottom of the screen? Top of the screen? Is it in white or black in color? Visit the site named 'Electro-help' for more details. Check this link and select the site named above. View it in 'Flip card' option, which can be selected from the drop down box menu by the [Sidebar] tag, at the top left corner of the display window. It will make search easy. Some times, the ads attached with each posts, both at the right and bottom, might help you to find the availability of spare parts. There are more than 750 posts to different brand TVs now.

I dropped my 42 in dynex 1080 p but it didn't hit

It usually means the screen unit or panel is damaged--they are very fragile and even a slight blow can destroy them---Panel alone if bad costs much more than another set--seen one where a two year old just slapped the screen (not very hard either) and destroyed it Panel.

I will attach a few photos---no two look alike except if a starburst or odd pattern does not move---Panel.

Lcd tv with wrong color on one pixel

LCD screens occasionally have what are called "Stuck pixels". There is a tutorial in wikihow which might help you out here:

http://www.fixya.com/manuals/w153177-fix_stuck_pixel_lcd_monitor

Try that and see if it helps. Stuck pixels are actually a slighty common problem.
