Traveling South on Interstate 95 it keeps tell you to get off. The same is with I 85. So we tried I 81 and it keeps saying get off and use US 29. Do you need to purchase software? Or just what is the problem?
Might be a good idea to look at your route preference settings. If you have accidentally told it that you're a nervous driver who wants to avoid Interstates at any cost, it will do all it can to honour that request.

I am having the same problem with my nuvi 350 and its about the same age. I read on another post it may need a new battery but you need to send it to garmin. I am going to contact garmin directly.
easy solution...you need to keep this plug above attach to the the Garmin 350...when charging in the car or at home ...plug the power source to the back. Hope this will help...i had the same problem.
