OK I need you to tell me a few things like power source and water supply. Here is a Service Manual below. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these documents. The Adobe Acrobat Readeris available as afree download. Click Here=> Manitowoc Series Q 210I will try to answer from the hospital with my laptop. Right knee replacement in the morning and may not be with it much for a couple weeks, but most answers will be in the check list listed in manual, Thanks, Sea Breeze Think Start Capacitor...OK?

Turn the unit on and put you hand on the copressor to see if it's vibrating. If so then it could be low refrigerant or a worn compressor. If it's not vibrating then I would check the thermostat, compressor relay, and compressor for continuity.
Was the fridge laying down? How long? Rule is if a fridge is laying down for an hour leave standing for a minium of an hour WITHOUT PLUGGED IN. ^hours laying equals 6 hrs standing. I tell everyone give it 24hrs of standing to eliminate problems. If you plugged it in without enough time for the oil in the compressor to return back to the compressor you may have fried your compressor. Now if you did leave it long enough and the oil in the compressor got back in compressor before plugging in. It could be in your defrost timer or your start relay. Does the fan in freezer come on? Push the switch to make the fridge think door is shut. If fan does not run it sounds like the defrost timer. If fan does run the check the start relay on compressor. Does the compressor turn on? Do you hear a clicking sound coming from copressor? If you hear a clicking noise than its your start relay trying to come on. Replace start relay and overload. The model number you gave me is not valid so get the full model number and check thru Searspartsdirect.com

1. is light on in side when you open the door. If not check breakers or fuses. 2. Can you hear the compressor running. If not do you hear any clicking sounds. 3. If you hear clicking sounds, try putting a fan on compressor and unplug refrigerator. 4. Wait one hour. 5. plug back in. If compressor starts let it run and see if it cools, if it doesnt, call service man. 6. If it goes back to clicking, call a service man. try this.
If the AC switch on the compressor doesn't work, then the system is likely low on refrigerant and won't operate it to reduce the chance of damaging the compressor, due to a leak in the system.
sounds like a bad starting capacitor ... thats about a 2 inch container mounted on or near the compressor .. it will have wires attached ... dont let the compressor keep cycling like that .. it will eventually damage the compressor and the refrigerator will quit working before long anyhow .. there is a little cooling now only because the compressor is successful at starting now an then but that wont last long ...unplug the unit until repairs are done .. move your food to another cooler .. the click you hear is the thermal overload switch shutting off the compressor power when it gets too hot .. the starting capacitors are not expensive and may have plug in electrical connectors that will make replacement easy .. it could be soldered in and that would make it a bit more difficult but usually there is a plug .. there will be numbers stamped on the capacitor .. thats what you need to get a replacement .. or you could remove it and take it with you to a parts supplier .. sometimes there are two capacitors in one container .. both have to be changed at the same time in that case (one for the compressor and one for the fan) ... there will be a part number and a value number .. the value might be something like "16 MFD " at 300VAC that gives you the value of the capacitor (not the phisical size) that example would be "16 micro farads" .. the 300VAC is the voltage rating
the part number gives you the size and mounting configuration as well as the value .. make sure the unit is UNPLUGGED before working on the capacitor .. if you call a refrigerator repairman then it should take him only about 15 min to replace the part if he has an equivalent part with him ... you could give him the model number of your frig and that you suspect the "starting capacitor" before he comes out ..so he can bring one with him ..
probably from the symptoms you describe the condenser fan motor has failed. If the fan is not running and the copressor is you need to shut the power off to the unit until it is repaired, the compressor can susstain damage from the lack of fan, and it is the most expensive component in the system to replace...
Checked all the IR compressors in stock and all turn counter-clockwise facing pulley, however you could check the pump for fan angle on pulley. The fan on the compressor pulley blows air towards the pump. Generally, pumps turn CC because that would allow for the use of gasoline engines which all turn CC. Please email you questions, and Good Luck.
IF THE BUZZING SOUND IS ONLY THERE WHEN THE MOTOR IS RUNNING THAT COULD MEAN ONLY ONE THING.YOUR PISTON IN SIDE THE COMPRESSOR IS NOISEY THE ONLY WAY TO SOLVE THAT IS TO REPLACE THE COMPRESSOR.BEST YOU HAVE A TECH TO ADVICE YOU FUTHER.GOODLUCK.MOHAMED
That is then the first thing you will need to insure is running. The fan can be removed and checked. Now if the compressor is not running I would believe you have another problem. You can hear or feel the compressor running and the fan is usually connected to the compressor wiring so they both should be running at the same time. I have seen the fans run for a short period of time after the refrigerator was turned off and then back on after cooling, so if stopped and starting of the condenser fan can at times trick you to believe the fan is OK
Hope I have been helpful, Sea Breeze
