Fan? in 3 year old kitchenaid superba kebc247 became louder than usual over the last few days but still heated and worked fine. then today the noise turned into a very loud whirring vibration after the oven was turned off. We cut the power to the oven at the breaker.

Noisy fan and no heat

Kitchen aid is made by Whirlpool. There is a very good chance the then thermal fuse on the back of the oven has tripped. Whirlpools are very prone to this fuse tripping after a clean cycle. The noisy fan is just that a noisy fan it will probably need replacing. I have replace a couple of them over the years. When you pull the oven out to replace the thermal fuse replace the fan motor at the same tiome.

Hi, curently I am having problems with my stove. It is the slide-in Kitchen Aid Superba model about 10 years old. The oven is losing power but the cook top is OK. I noticed that the fan is not working and...

Well my first assumption is that you have a mouse that climbed up and chewed through the wiring. Mice can't resist the heat ,so I would shut off the circuit breaker for the oven (double breaker-220v)
then check the back out to see if you seee any thing ,It could of course be the outlet,or the heat from the oven burning through some of the insulation on the wiring after all those years it could have just failed as well. Check out the voltage to each item if feel comfortable doing so.

I have a Superba built-in YKEBS 177 D56 ( dual convection/convention)...I think it might be about 10 years old. I noticed the same thing starting last year..the temperature seems a litlle off and the cook time on the convention seems to take longer. I've never used the conventional oven so I don't know if the temperature is OK on that component.
I don't have a manual. and I've been searching for it...does anyone know which one I need?
Sorry I couldn't help with your problem, mine is similar to your though!!

Kitchenaid superba electric oven kebc107kss05

Did this with me twice now on self clean. It's the thermostat on the back of the oven. Set to trip when oven gets too hot which happens with self clean. Part is about $45 - $50 and pretty simple to install. Hardest part is pulling the oven out of the wall.
