Check this:
Many laptops with touchpads have a switch or a keyboard combo that will disable the touchpad. Look to see if there is a little button you can push located near the touchpad. Alternately, there is normally a Fn-special function key combination you can use. You press the Fn key and also the special function key that has a little symbol on it that looks like a touchpad. That can turn the touchpad on or off.

Disable touchpad

Hi
look for a FN + some key (F3-F12) combination to turn the touch pad off, there can also be a button next to the power button to switch touchpad on and off.
You can also try to disable it using windows itself by right clicking the touchpad software (by the system clock )and in it's settings look for an option to deactivate the internal touchpad.
Hope this helps.

I need to downloard BASE SYSTEME DEVICE AND ETHERNET CONTROLER FOR MY LAPTOP

Is this for Windows 7 or Windows 8? What is the model? TS11HR, TS11HB, TS13HR, TS13SB, TS44HR, TS44SB, TS45HR, TS45HB, TSX62HR or TSX66HR?
It looks like the Ethernet controller will most likely be a Broadcom one and the base system device will likely be something installed with the Chipset drivers.
Try the Download Center at Packard Bell and select the exact model and operating system:
