Check that the machine is not running too hot as this will cause the system to shut down to prevent thermal damage.

If you forgot; remove cmos battery for a while; then use F2 to setup bios again to boot.

Or you can run windows update.

Sounds like the video controller issue (either driver or physical controller itself). Can you make sure there is no issue with it? You can check by going to Right click on My computer, Manage, device manager, to see if you have any question mark, or red x under Display adapters? or any exclaimation point. If you have one, that is the issue. If you don't, you still might want to update driver for display adapter. Do you need help with download the driver for this? Let me know. We just want to rule out the issue with driver. If still not fixed after driver updated, then issue might be with hardware, either adapter or physical LCD screen. But let try the above step with updating driver first.

you need reinstall your webcam driver for your operating system.

These are problems that cannot be fixed, basically your hard drive is on the way out. Typically this is caused by drops, bumps, etc. while the machine is on.It has a SATA 2.5" 120gb 5400 RPM drive, I would suggest a larger 7200 rpm drive but it is up to you. You will also have to reinstall windows to the new hard drive.

Go to http://support.dell.com and under the drivers and downloads section, enter your Service Tag, and download and install the latest Wireless Card driver for your model. Update to latest BIOS version as well.

Your Key is stuck, Try removing it and cleaning it up. Just be careful in doing so
