If a batch of ice gets
caught in the teeth during the ejection process, the ice maker module will make
a constant creaking noise as it continues to try to eject the cubes. Freeing up
this type of jam would eliminate the creaking noise. This is the only source of
a constant creaking noise. But in this problem you will notice the ice blockage in the unit and frozen ice in the unit. But if you dont see any such thing and still there is noise then its faulty ice maker.Replace the ice maker and that will help.
You will need to replace the ice maker, the fingers
are jammed in between ice making cycles, even raising the arm until it makes
the complete cycle will continue to do this. Opening the door of the unit
allows power to be removed from the unit and shuts it off until the door is
closed again.----------------
