that would be the screen driver failing, the shadow is the memory on the screen control its self the board is on the back of the screen with a lead going to it from the main av board, the board has to be replaced with the same part number, as different ares put different screen in when made you will need the part number from the board and replace it this board with same part number.

that would be a failing tcon board on the back of the screen.you would need to replace this part but they are available on ebay the part number is on the tcon board. match the numbers a version number to get the matching board for the screen. tcon board is the board were the main wire cluster goes to the screen board this is the tcon board.

Are you using component cables for the video? If so make sure the colours match up between the plugs and the connectors on both the TV and whatever you are using as the video source (DVD player, digital cable or satellite box).

The green plug on the cable must go into the green jack on the TV, blue plug into blue jack etc. It sounds like you might some of them mimatched.

Please test your remote in the first place if there is IR emission. You can focus the remote to your phone camera and see if there is a sparkle of light( Infra red) .
If not please have your remote checked specially the off button.

U have a roof or a good antena like a Digital antena?Take that antena wire hook up to the tv hole that said ANT.Now,turn on the tv.Push the button said menu on the tv remote,go to SETUP,go down to CH. push and pick AIR Not CABLE push it again.Now the tv will auto searching for all the DVTV free air stations in ur area.After this ur tv should getting all the free air DTV broadcasting signal in ur area.
