hi its the problem of the spinning wheel which pulls the paper that is called engine and that is either getting blocked by any dust particles or got broken internally and has to be cleaned or replaced to make it proper. thanks.

hi You need to remove the Printhead and Cartridges and clean the golden contacts ( electrical contacts ) and clean them with lint free cloth. If this does not fix the issue, You need to replace the Printhead/Cartridges

First disconnect the printer from mains power for 5 minutes. Try uninstalling the printer, reboot the computer, then reload Software and Drivers. It sounds like a software corruption issue.
