Power off the machine. Then remove the toner bottle be careful the hole might be on the bottom toner is going to go everywhere. Then close the toner cover and turn on the machine. Let the machine go through it normal routine. When it asks for toner install the toner bottle correctly. If THE KUNB on the side of the bottle is damage put a new one in that KUNB is what the toner motor uses to turn the bottle if it is damaged you get a code. One of the trays has a lift problem, try clearing by touching the small wrench in the bottom left of the display (if the wrench isnt there open and close the front door) after touching wrench open and close front door, if that doesnt work one of the trays needs troubleshooting
