I guess of heater element are open and this can cause the fan from not working because both of them are on the same wiring

try cleaning the flame sensor

well b4 you replace anything , you may want to try resetting the tilt switch , this is done by tilting machine front to back , quickly then return it too level surface , then try turning on ?
