This sounds like a theromostat problem. If you're NOT still under warranty you should at least open the heater and look for the theromostat. A lot of times you can buy replacement at a local electronic or hardware store and they're easy to replace. Good luck!

i think you are stuck but if you look around maybe you can find a universal control for your heater.

Here is a link to your owner's manual... http://12.153.20.74/manuals/123919-01A.PDF. Look on page 8 and 10. It could be several things. It could only be a dirty fuel filter or the pump pressure may just need adjustment. If you need a part you can contact Master Parts at 800-466-1446 or you can find them on-line at www.masterparts.net. I hope this helps!

SOURCE: honeywell surround heater shuts off
Had the same problem. The cause: The coils have too much dust on them.
Soultion: Take the bottom of the base off and clean/vacuum. While the base is off, you also have access to the interior of the heater. Remove the 2 screws on the bottom front, then the 2 on the bottom back. The plastic panels will come off and you'll have access to all internal areas. Just clean thoroughly and you should be good to go. You wouldn't realize it, but even with a spotless house, the heater will **** any small particle of dust.
