My skullcandy hesh have stopped playing sound
this sounds like broken wires inside the insulation. if you are handy with a soldering iron you can dissassemble the headphones and reconnect the wires by cutting the ends off and stripping back the outer sleeving to reveal new wires which need to be soldered onto the connections where the old wires were connected. The wires could also be broken at the end where they plug into yor sound system. if this is the case it is often easier to replace the jack plug with a new one.

Depends on how bad the damage is. You can use superglue, if it will hold. Sometimes you can use a small soldering iron to melt plastic parts back together. Use eye protection and do it in a well vented room though. You might need some plastic to secure joints. Use Airfix parts, or a pen top for the plastic infill.
