hi
check your paper sensor exit (inside the fixing unit) its not properly mounted reinstall it and your problem will be resolved
To replace the Canon GPR-11 black drum, do you
The new toner cartridge snap's into the top of the Hopper > just look on the box on how to install it. Once you have pulled the tab till you can read "STOP" push the slid back in and release the toner cartridge and you are done...... Put the empty cartridge into the "G" file
Copies are coming out
There are several options as to the causes of this print defect. If the entire page background is grey or shaded, these are your most probable defects:
- Your toner cartridge is defective and spilling toner, in which cae you just swap it out.
- The high voltage power supply isn't getting the correct voltage to the rollers. (change the high voltage power suply)
If each letter seems to have a small shadow, then consider these options:
- IT could also be your toner cartridge
- The transfer roller might have trouble. Clean the Transfer Roller using a dry, lint-free cloth. DO NOT touch the Transfer Roller with your fingers. If the problem persists, replace the Transfer Roller Assembly.
Before any of this, check your settings. The print density and media type may cause errors like these if they are set improperly.
Hope this helps! Good luck!
Not printing
I dont think this copier is made to print. Or are you trying to say it doesnt make copies?
How do you replace toner for canon np 6035 copier
open the front cover, then you will need to slide out the piece the toner goes into, upper right side. Set the toner cartridge on top. You will see a tab to pull toward you, so the toner will drop down into the copier. Push the tab back in. Then push the cartridge toward the back of the copier a little and pull up.
My Canon copy NP 6035
The copier comes ON then it turns it's self Off , Correct? Turn the copier back ON and hold the Main power switch ON and the display will show a error code. Read it and let the copier turn Off. You most likely have a dead AC short. The error code maybe a E0202 or E000 . One of the lamps are blown or broken and shorting out. You probly have a blown scanning Lamp or fuse. You may also, have a shorted out Scanner Power Cable. It's black and powers the scanner lamp > sometimes the cable crack's and exposes the AC wire. That is a fun job. It may just be a blown fuser lamp.. Good Luck
My Canon np 6028 display
Theis code means that you have a problem with your fuser unit. It may be that one or both of the fuser lamps is not working. Or it could be a blown thermal fuse or thirmister.. Good Luck
My canon copier np 6035 takes at least 3 hours
I don't think it would take 3 hours to warm up? It's a anolog copier, it does not have a hard drive. Also, it would of coded out after about 10 minutes. If I were you, I would put all the orginal parts back into the copier and turn it On and see what Error code is showing. I would also, take the drum out & transfer roller and see if it warms up. What was the copier doing before this? I would look over the work you did before and maybe look for a loose connector or pinched wire or a short. Need a little more info.
