It sounds like there is a problem with the fuser unit, although am not sure why there is no error code. In the fuser unit, check the thermal fuse to see if it is open circuit. Then check the heat rod (fuser lamp) for same and, least likely, the thermistor that controls the fuser's temperature. Also make sure the surface of the thermistor is clean (remove caked toner) and is making good contact with the hot roller. When repairs are made, you may find that you have to enter a service mode and reset the machine.
