If you are a repairperson the audio board can be found on e-bay to fix it. If you are an owner check the speaker connection on the unit as someone may have misplugged the speaker cable. Also check setup under audio and select internal speakers.

be sure you have power ( voltage) from the power supply to inverter boards. If you add speakers to a TV, you need to go into the TV Settings and locate "external" speakers and change to ON. This should be in the "Audio" section in the settings.
