Programming my tv with a remote
you can program the channel manually, just press the menu button in the tv panel. select preset and then manual fine tuning to tuned every channel you want to watch and then save it.to make a manual fine tuning, press manual then select channel you want to tuned and then press vol. up/down button to search right frequency channel.do this process in every channel you want to tuned. hope this can help.
Haier tv flashing green and red and wont come on
Try changing the input device to something you are sure, works such as a DVD player.Switch off TV manually, switch off power, remove plug and retry after 48 hours.If problem persists, please refer it to a qualified service technician.

May be you have a faulty video cable from your cable set-top box or your DVD player--try changing the cable to see if it fixes the problem.Also, is the video cable an HDMI cable or component (like RGB)? If it is a component cable, it may be they are connecting properly.
The orange light is on all the time on the front of the tv but tv will not come on
Good day!!!!That problem is usually cause of faulty capacitors on the power supply board..Just follow this instruction to fix your TV..1. Open the back cover of your TV.2. Look at the power supply board..Its normally connected to the power cord..3. After that,,try to look at the actual image of capacitors if it is bulged on the top so that you can easily determine the bad capacitors..4. After that,,try to replaced the bad capacitors using soldering iron and soldering lead..replaced the capacitors only with the same type ratings and value..5. Some of the capacitors not bulged so its better if have a capacitance meter
Tv screen delays causing double/tripple
Informed customer to try emailing Haier for product support since she can not call the toll free number, also suggested that she unplug the television for about 5 minutes to allow the set to rest itself. Then plug the set back in and try turning on to see if this cleared the symptoms..
My sound no longer works.
Tries tv and those pay boxes unplug,replug it back like about an hour later for the tv to do a resetting itself back to the factory setting.For those pay boxes to reboot and upgraded it softwares.Go into the tv menu go to Sound Setting go down do a resetting itself back to factory setting.By doing these steps tv have a great chance to get it audio back.If tv still have audio problems,than the main tv Tuner signal board have problems.Tv is under a year old.Call the Haier tv Corp.Take ur tv warrenty repair.
