Razor Bella scooter problem
yes sounds like the control module, you can always jump the batteries directly to the motor to make sure that the motor is ok
Razor bella problems
Most likely a bad battery. Check out put voltage on all posts. If it's 12 Volts DC or more, then it should be ok, and you'll need to start looking in the wiring such as the speed control switch. If not, your problem is a bad battery cell and you should replace it. NEVER TRY TO SERVICE A BATTERY!!!!!
Razor bella will not go?
one or both of the batteries must be bad, lift the seat up the remove the screws that hold the compartment down and then you should be able to see the two batteries below there, first visually inspect the batteries to see if they look like they are bulging, then test each battery with a multimeter and make sure it is showing at least 12 volts, chances are one or both of the batteries will not show more than 12 volts
Bella won't charge
check it with a multimeter and make sure that its putting out the correct amount of volts, it should be at least 24 volts
Where is the fuse on bella
under the seat you have to remove the screws that hold the compartment on then this will give you access to the batteries and the fuse
How do you operate Bella mod
there is an on/off switch right below the seat next to where you plug in the charger, then you have to twist the right hand grip
