Assuming you are using a DVD player your cable is correctly plug.
Your projector input is not correct try pressing your input button and wait for graphics atlest 10 seconds before pressing again. repeat sequence till you see the graphics.

I'm assuming that you have tried other sources of image, other input plugs and other cables with the same effect. If you can access the menu then in the Picture section you will find 2 settings called
1. Color - lower it to minimum.
2. Tint - ove the slider to the right - toward the Red and away from the Green.
If this doesn't fix it then the defect is at a hardware level. The last thing you can try is to reset the unit: at the bottom of the unit, between the first and second VGA connectors you will find a small hole - put inside it a paper clip and press the reset switch (the unit is working of course). If the unit is still unresponsive then the image processor inside it has failed. It will be expensive to replace. Get a quote from the repair shop, you might find out that it's cheaper to just buy a new one.

Once the lamp is replaced it is essential to reset the timer back to zero or the lamp WILL not work. Lamp Life – Projector lamps have a finite life. The image will become darker, and hues will become weaker, after the lamp has been used for a long period of time. The length of the lamp is normally 2000 hours, on the screen there will be an indicator giving you adequate warning that the lamp is reaching its 2000 hours. (The lamp will automatically switch off after the 2000 hours and will not go on again – THIS IS A SAFETY MECHANISM TO HELP STOP THE BULB FROM EXPLODING). At this time you need to be ordering a new lamp. ---- if the lamp is new and lamp brightness is coming properly then its the problem of loose connection for this fuzzy image.remove all the connections and reconnect again properly and tightly at their respective ports/sockets. then check out.if still the same problem of fuzzy image comes up then check out the front lens from where the light ray from projector comes out.if that front less is dusty or not cleaned properly then also this happens.clean the front lens with a dry cotton cloth and check out. if there is no dust and every thing cleaned and bulb is properly glowing then its the problem of the internal circuit board of the projector. the circuit board needs to be checked with a meter and the faulty components on the circuit needs to be replaced. reset the settings to factory default. make sure that if you are using the computer that you are on vga, not composite. if it doesn't get any better, check the lamp for bulges, black spots, or fogging; replace if necessary. if all that is ok, you may have fried polarizer filters on one or more of the lcd panels due to excessive dust and heat. if that is the case, you'll need to replace the entire optical engine.

In your Menu options there is a subfolder where it either reads lamp or lamp timer.

Scroll down to it and hold down you right or left arrow key on the Projector for a couple of seconds. This should reset the projector.

If you get the same problem, replace the lamp and make sure that the lamp cover is properly seated.

Hi!

You need to clean the projector. Take of the filter and clean it, open the topschell of your projector and clean it.
In time a projector collects a lot of dust inside, if you dosenrt regulary clean the filter the dust pass it and stucks inside the projecotor. Use compressed air for the job but be verry verry carefull so you dont damage anything vital. If you arent sure how to to it i sugest you take it to a electronic repairshop, its cheap and they will clean it properly.
