I have an older dishwasher also and recently mywife also complained about it not cleaning right... so me being the man I amtried in vain to clean the things... Bought new spray arms online and installedthem in minutes...now the thing works like new... However I have also foundthat if the heating element goes bad then that also can mess things up bad...So I would buy new spray arms, and also check out the heating element to makesure it is working... There may be a number of reasons:-
1 The temperature of the water when the machine is washing, check out the thermostat.
2 The water pressure, check out

My son in law just had a similar problem. It cost him a little over $250.00 US to repair. He should have replaced the machine.

Water comes into dishwasher while
Try checking the drain hose and make sure it is not backed up. When it is, all the water won't drain out. You may need to use Drano on your main pipe as well. Don't hesitate to ask me anything. I am here to help.

The clean light continues to flash and cannot
Hi
Please check if the clean light is blinking 7 times. If yes then please reset the power to the dishwasher. After, 5 minutes check if you are still getting the same error. If yes, then it is a water heating fault. To resolve this error try pressing this reset sequence-- Heat Dry - Normal - Heat Dry - Normal or High Temp - Air Dry - High Temp - Air Dry.
If this doesn't work then its an issue with the heater circuit, door switch, wash pump not pumping the water past the heater efficiently or due to lack of water to heat. Please make sure that heater is not open circuited and is heating the water efficiently. If heater is fine then make sure water pressure is optimum and fill valve is working fine. Hope this helps... This is typical of the two following problems:-
1. You are using no salt or too little salt. Even if you use tablets/powders with a built-in salt action, in some areas the water supplied by the mains pipe still requires supplementary salt.
If you already use salt, then turn up the dosing control a step at a time until the problem goes.
2. The heater element in the dishwasher has failed and so every wash is a cold wash. Heat is vital to enable a dishwasher to operate correctly. Failed heating elements are very common and if you can get the spare part then replacement is straightforward for any competent person; I rarely find that they take more than 20 minutes to replace on most brands. But as you are mixing water and electrics it's definitely NOT a job for a novice.

Just washing, not drying and cleaning. watter was not draining
Sounds like your drain is clogged. The drain should be located just below the blades inside the dish washer when you pull the lower rack out. If you can clean it from the top end, that could be a simply fix. Otherwise you'll need to pull the dish washer out and clean the drain from the bottom.
Also, check your Blower Fan to make sure it is still running.
The water is not draining
Your model number is 3 numbers a period and 8 numbers.
We must have all those numbers to help.

Dishwasher won't start
Replace the control board, or...if you're capable, resolder the control board joints for the wire connectors and the relays.
That fixed mine after I wasted money on a heater.
